Description
We are looking for an Intake Specialist to answer phones and data entry to work for our Pooled Income trust group. The Intake Specialist is responsible for first touch calls with the client, introduction of our company and its services; and follow up calls to the client to help advance the application process.
· Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees
· Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
· Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
· Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers
· Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
· Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures
· Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them
· Communicating with clients or department leads about status of project, event or campaign expectations and goals
· Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure applications are ready for submission in a timely manner
Spanish is an asset
Pay: Up to $17.00- $20.00 per hour (BOE) Definite room for growth
