Description
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for providing HR services and support to the team at the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) organization. This includes recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and more. The HR Specialist will strive to create a positive work environment and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisted in the recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new CHHA employees
• Processed payroll and maintained personnel records
• Assisted with employee relations and performance management
• Developed and implemented HR policies and procedures
• Conducted employee training and development programs
• Ensured compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Assisted with employee benefits administration
• Investigated and resolved employee relations issues

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
