8-10+ years of experience in operations (healthcare, business, customer experience are all interesting areas of past experience)
2+ years of Home Health Agency experience, with experience growing an agency patient volume to 1k+
Prior experience as a LHCSA Administrator
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box, developing strategy and turning it into tangible results
Experience in a leadership role managing a team
Passion for improving home care and for leveraging technology to improve lives
Ability to utilize technology to advance company directives
Energized by ambitious goals and working in a fast-paced environment
Great interpersonal skills: you’re able to bring people along, inspire them, ask tough questions, and hold people accountable
An operational mastermind: you have a natural ability to identify processes that work, metrics that tell the story, and operations that scale without sacrificing quality

Responsibilities
The level of scope and responsibility of this role might translate to a job title like Director of Operations in other industries
The areas of responsibility for this role include: recruiting home health aides, staffing home health aides in homes, and overseeing nursing and care
Responsible for the overall operations of the LHCSA
Create and manage an innovative process for sourcing and selecting exceptionally qualified home health aides
Oversee the staffing of home health aides in a really thoughtful way to ensure a great fit between home health aide and patient in the home
Develop metrics and a quality control system to understand and continually improve the experiences of both the patients and home health aides
Oversee the nursing arm of the LHCSA
This means managing the Director of Patient Services (DPS - an RN who takes clinical responsibility for the LHCSA) who oversees nursing staff
Partner with the DPS to think strategically for our nursing care for patients, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve quality of care
Seek and incorporate feedback from our field nurses
Oversee the necessary compliance aspects of running a LHCSA, including records of training and certifications for staff, and compliance with NY state laws and regulations
Create processes and policies that support our people doing great work, looking for ways to simplify and streamline, incorporating feedback from all levels to continually improve
